South Texas. Established in 2006 in McAllen, TX, the
company has become a trailblazer, marked by a

art with an ability to read and anticipate the needs
of the regional market.
The results of the
company have been consistently growing in the last
four years and confirm the efficacy of the strategy
of JC Cervantes, President, who continues to focus
on crucial aspects: the company’s commitment to
excellence, the collaboration with external
designers and to provide maximum flexibility while
giving exemplary customer service.
Over the years the
company has worked with leading home builders in
architecture, design and art, notably GM Homes,
Terra Homes, A&M Construction, Arte Cantera y
Espacio, Cantu Construction, IDEO Art Plus Design,
De Palma & Son Development, Celina’s Interior,
Cassal Diseno, Cactus Flowers, Ana Laura Camou, Nora

In 2006, the launch
of Pangea Floor Coverings first brought in
commercial manufactures that have several brands
incorporated under a parent company. Reader’s
Wholesale Distributors Ltd include brands such as
Armstrong, Artistek Floors, BR 111 Exotic Hardwood,
Capella, Franklin International, Kahrs, Lauzon, LM
Flooring, Pinnacle, Sika, Tarkett and Wilsonart.
Pangea continued to
diversify its product lines in 2007 and acquired
world leader manufacture Oceanside Glass Tile from
California. It was also during this year that the
company increased their showroom space and now
boasts a 3,000 square foot facility.
As the company
persisted to position itself among the floor
covering market, it continued to enhance its’
exclusivity and since 2008, Pangea has acquired
Sicis, Kolorines, Natural Cork and most recently in
2009, Akdo, Bisazza, Florida Tile and Mosaico+.
